Julie is a gatherer. Loving to gather people, family and friends for all occasions. A celebration, holiday or just a quiet evening. Home is her favorite place to gather - with her grandkids for a movie night, friends for a GNO or her husband and children for a family dinner and game night.She loves everything about a home. A place of safety, peace, tranquility and warmth. She has a love of decorating, furnishing and everything that makes a house a home. Thus her love of everything real estate. Homeowner multiple times, moving from California to Florida during her married life. Her and her husband have rented and owned, accumulated 25 rental properties and managed them and bought fixer uppers with their adult children and given them lots of TLC. She's also been an acting GC during a personal custom home build in Davis County several years back. Julie loves the beautiful mountains of Utah and is happy it is home. Hobbies include knitting, sewing, reading, biking, skiing, walking and all things family.
